Flourish In Diversity CIC

The Flourish in Diversity CIC team are Giulia, Amelia and Nishy. We have come together through a shared passion to promote diversity and sustainability within fashion. Together we are drawing on over 30 years’ experience in our respective industries, fashion and media, to implement valuable change for a cleaner and fairer industry.

As a collective, our team has experienced racial and socio-economic barriers entering the fashion industry. These first hand experiences have led us to create this programme, in attempting to break down said barriers for the future fashion workforce.
