Vai is a Transformation Director with years of experience delivering large-scale global programmes for financial service firms.
Outside of work, he is a published author and a member of the Mensa high-IQ society. He has been a competitive martial artist, tennis player (Tower Hamlets leagues), captain of a London-level table tennis team (CLTTL league) and an avid chess player. Vai enjoys climbing active volcanoes – he’s conquered Iceland’s notorious Eyjafjallajökull (2014), Europe’s highest active Mt. Etna (2016), Pico Viejo (2017), active Taal (2019) and Mt. Vesuvius (2023).
Vai actively contributes to community and charitable causes, regularly delivering workshops for non-profit organisations and running multiple fundraising campaigns every year.
