The Switch
Founded 30 years ago in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, The Switch (formerly known as Tower Hamlets Education Business Partnership) is a charity committed to helping children and young people in Tower Hamlets fulfil their potential.
Working with around 40 local schools and almost 100 local employers, The Switch provides a vital link between education and the world of work.
We deliver programmes designed to improve employability skills and connect business volunteers with students in the borough, ultimately broadening the horizons of these young people.
