Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week 2026
This week is National Apprenticeship Week (9–15 February 2026), and this year’s theme is Skills for Life — celebrating the real, lasting impact apprenticeships can have on people’s futures.
Across the UK, employers, colleges and training providers are opening their doors with events, workshops and fairs that spotlight apprenticeship success stories and the many different routes into skilled work. It’s all about showing what’s possible — whether you’re just starting out, changing direction, or supporting others to do the same.
In London and nearby areas, young people and jobseekers can explore opportunities across sectors including digital technology, healthcare, construction and engineering. From hands-on workshops to online discovery days, there are lots of ways to find out what could be your next step.
National organisations like the Department for Education and UCAS, alongside training providers including QA, NOCN and ARU, are hosting events and webinars throughout the week.
We’re proud to have supported and delivered creative employment opportunities for young people across East London and beyond — helping more people get a real foot on the ladder.
