The report captures the breadth of our work as a sustainable development charity — from programmes and projects to commissions and collaborations — all rooted in our commitment to local people and places.

As a sustainable and ethical fundraiser, we invest in the London boroughs of Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest, creating opportunities across arts, culture, heritage, sport, education, the creative industries, innovation and creative placemaking.

A central focus of the report is our two flagship grantmaking programmes, including the £10m, five-year Westfield East Bank Creative Futures Fund. Now entering its fifth year, the fund is delivered through our award-winning partnership with Westfield Stratford City and continues to support bold, community-led creativity.
