Purple Moon Drama CIC
Purple Moon Drama CIC is a youth arts organisation with a special focus on creating access into the creative industry for young people from traditionally marginalised backgrounds.
We run sponsored School Holiday Drama Clubs for five to 11-year-olds in East London as we believe everyone should be able to access arts and culture. We target and deliver in areas of high deprivation.
The ethos of Purple Moon Drama centres around building self-efficacy through play, achievement, and positive modeling from peers. We want our members to develop skills that will serve them for a lifetime as we are aware of the imbalance of opportunity for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, and the structural barriers they may face.
