ARTBASH & be is a not for profit arts company based in Clapton, E5. The company runs weekly after school art workshops in their studio and on Zoom. They also run larger art projects in schools and public spaces.

ARTBASH & be believes art is what makes us human. Direct involvement with art materials is a great way to process and reflect and derive a tremendous source of wellbeing no matter what your age is.

The company’s aims and objectives are to deliver art workshops to a wide ranging audience to ensure art is a big part of everyday lives. It also give people opportunities to reflect and process on complicated issues in a safe and secure space through art making, which is vital to supporting mental health and wellbeing.
