Capacity Building Programme – Westfield East Bank Creative Futures Fund

For Year 2 of our Westfield East Bank Creative Futures Fund, we are hosting, in partnership with award-winning social entrenpeneur Lisa Stepanovic, a series of capacity building events, starting with pre-application workshops.

It’s vitally important that we arm our communities, local organisations and grantees with tools and expertise to help them develop and manage life changing projects. Our Capacity Building Programme will aim to empower skills, growth, and development, provide a platform for knowledge sharing, and offer networking and partnership opportunities. The programme is being designed with an inclusive approach including feedback and needs of participants. A range of topics will be on offer and all will include content around the importance of core values and lived experience.

The programme will champion inclusivity and wellbeing throughout.

For any queries regarding the capacity building programme and workshops please email capacitybuilding.ffl@outlook.com.

Programme Phase 2: Co-designed in 2022

We want to ensure the Capacity Building Programme reflects the needs of grantees and future potential grantees. We will be reaching out over the duration of the programme to grantees and community groups to ensure that any workshops developed are beneficial and provide what is needed.

“These sessions are essential for anyone who needs to get their plans on paper without the headache of pages and pages of business planning. It’s helped me to identify the current status of my businesses and enabled me to forecast a realistic vision in terms of future impact, customers, and social value.” – Participant

Session 2: Tuesday 11 January 2022, 6pm – 7.30pm via Zoom

Join Lisa Stepanovic and Moses Adeyemi, Capacity Building leads, for this interactive, hands-on business planning workshop called Project Delivery Checklist.

During this session, you’ll be taken through the ‘Project Delivery Checklist’, including access to up-to-date information, templates and reusable tools.
