Our tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
The Foundation for Future London sends its deepest condolences to our charitable patron Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal and The Royal Family on news of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
We thank Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II for her dedicated support of inclusive regeneration of our communities in East London, with her commitment to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and her presence from 2012 Games to 10 years on.
The Foundation understands the global mourning for her leadership and contribution to the arts, sciences, communities and creative sectors in the UK and across the world and for many being an inspirational female role model whose legacy will continue to inspire.
We expect that our operations may pause to fit with this mourning period, and we will seek to keep you updated as we learn more.
The Foundation for Future London also thanks our stakeholders for their continued support on our mission as an inclusive and sustainable development charity to invest in arts, culture, place and heritage to create a fair society that supports the diverse people and communities of Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.
