Join our team as a Corporate Partnerships Manager

Join us in building community-led investment for East London

The Foundation for Future London is looking for a strategic and ambitious Corporate Partnerships Manager to shape and lead our new corporate giving programme. This is an exciting moment to join a small, values-driven charity working at the intersection of regeneration, culture and inclusive growth, and to build a meaningful income stream that directly supports East London’s communities.

Working closely with the Director of Fundraising and Development, you will develop, secure and grow partnerships with a broad range of businesses – with a particular focus on property developers and corporates across East London, the Docklands, Canary Wharf and the City. We’re looking for someone who is confident approaching new prospects, skilled in building long-term relationships and motivated by creating partnerships rooted in social value.

We strongly encourage applications from people from marginalised communities, including Black, Asian and people of colour, disabled people, LGBTQ+ people, working-class applicants and people with lived experience.

Why this role matters

  • Shape something new – lead the design and delivery of a fresh corporate partnerships programme, setting the foundation for long-term growth.

  • Work with purpose – contribute to programmes focused on inclusive regeneration, education, skills, culture, the environment and community equity.

  • Collaborate with intention – join a supportive, mission-led team where your ideas and experience will help shape our direction.

  • Flexible working – hybrid working, a 4-day week and space to work in a way that suits you best.

  • Local roots, wider impact – support partnerships that strengthen East London while contributing to FFL’s growing UK Culture Exchange.

What you will bring

  • Experience developing new corporate partnerships and securing income from cold leads.

  • Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.

  • A strategic, creative approach to partnership development.

  • Confidence and curiosity when working with senior stakeholders.

  • A commitment to community-led change and place-based giving.

About the role

Position: Corporate Partnerships Manager (initial 6-month contract, with potential to become permanent)
Salary: £42,000–£46,000 pro rata, dependent on experience
Working pattern: 4-day week, flexible working
Location: Hybrid – East London/home-based
Reports to: Director of Fundraising and Development

You will lead the development of our new corporate partnerships programme, building a diverse portfolio of businesses whose values align with our mission. You’ll identify opportunities across East London and beyond, particularly among property developers and corporates in key regeneration areas.

You will also support joint fundraising initiatives with partners such as the Greater London Authority, University of East London and the Royal Docks. This role may include occasional evening or weekend events; time off in lieu is provided.

FFL is committed to flexible working and to building a diverse, representative team. We welcome applications from candidates with different backgrounds and lived experiences.
