Capacity Building: Project Delivery Checklist

Join Lisa Stepanovic and Moses Adeyemi, Capacity Building leads, for this interactive, hands-on business planning workshop called Project Delivery Checklist.

Before delivering any project, it is important to make sure your organisation is operating within a legal framework as well as meeting any partnership, stakeholder or/and funding agreements. During this session, you’ll be taken through the ‘Project Delivery Checklist’, including access to up-to-date information, templates and reusable tools. This is a great session for new projects, past feedback has consistently been 100%. Hope to see you there!

“This session is essential for anyone who needs to get their plans on paper without the headache of pages and pages of business planning. It’s helped me to identify the current status of my businesses and enabled me to forecast a realistic vision in terms of future impact, customers, and social value.” – Participant

The Foundation for Future London’s Westfield East Bank Creative Futures Fund Capacity Building Programme aims to provide a platform for knowledge sharing and offer networking and partnership opportunities.
